About Me

Nikki Hoard was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She started her modeling and acting career at a very early age. Her beloved mother put her in beauty pagents before elementary school and developed her talents by getting her involved in ballet, tap, jazz, toe, and gymnastics. She noticed how Nikki loved to take on the stage and soon learned of her acting talents. In 3rd grade Nikki put on her first production of Pinoccio for her family, where she built a small set, made costumes, wrote the script, and hired herself as well as her cousin as the starring talent. A star was definitely born! In 8th grade her mom hired her an acting coach and placed her in several acting competitions. Even though she lost her very 1st competition, Nikki worked hard thereafter and always placed in a National Championship. In high school she was a prominent member of her drama club and also started to take on her modeling career and modeling in various fashion shows.

As a freshman in college, University of Memphis, Nikki took her 1st trip to Hollywood, CA to compete in a National Competition, IMTA (International Model & Talent Association). She place 1st over all in her age group in the Drama division for her monologue taken from the movie The Color Purple. She then returned to Memphis, TN to continue her college education.

In college she received the "Best Actress Award", from the TN Theatre Awards, for portraying the roles of stewardess in the play "A Colored Museum". In college is also where Nikki made her 1st National television debut and was on the reality dating show, Elimidate! She was definitely quite a character and always put her twist on things, not going with the norm of the show. She made for a memorable show, with reruns of the show for years later, and it made herself a small local celebrity. Later she receive a BA degree in English with a minor in Theatre. She was also accepted into an honors program at Cecil Humphrey's Law School in Memphis , TN. After attending the initial semester, even though her love was law, her greater love was acting and she set out for Hollywood.

In Hollywood she felt at home and hit the ground running. Within her first few years, she landed a Bacardi modeling tour, a Miller Light Nascar Spokesmodel, and 2 regional commercials, just to name a few. Nikki continues to follow her dream to be a working actress. Currently, she is considered a triple threat! Not only is she an actress and a model, but she is also an author - So You've Decided To Act...Now What; started a management company - Forte Model & Talent Management; casting director - Hoard Casting; and Founder of PASH Foundation - a foundation in honor of her late beloved mother Pat S. Hoard (age 60), to continue the research and development of facilities for early alzheimers victims.

Nikki Hoard is definitly going to take Hollywood by storm, and, with her loving heart, definitely make her mark in the world!
